These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and in accessing or using or browsing this website and/or purchasing goods and/or services from this website, as well as any relevant disclaimers contained herein, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, then you must refrain from using this website.
By making an order through this website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.

Mamo reserves the right to review and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately and Mamo has no obligation to notify you of such amendments. Your use of this website will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the then current terms and conditions.
Pricing
All pricing quoted on this website is shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and includes GST (which is currently a 15% sales tax – if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Pricing on custom items is an indication only. All pricing will be confirmed based on the item chosen in consultation with Mamo. Once an item has been approved by the customer a revised quote will be supplied. The quote will be valid for 28 days subject to amendments and or product availability. Please contact us personally for more information regarding pricing on this site.
Colour Information
While Mamo has endeavoured to display accurately the colours of products, the actual colours you see will depend on your screen that you are viewing the products on, and may not be accurate. All images are there as examples of our product. The colour of products may vary slightly from those shown on the website and finished product in a Mamo showroom.
Product Descriptions
Mamo and its suppliers attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing products detailed on the site www.mamocollections.com . However, Mamo does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a stock product or third party product offered by Mamo itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition, for refund of the purchase price. The cost to return courier these products to us will be at your expense and risk.
Online Orders
By placing an order on this website, you agree to and accept the terms and price specified in this website. The final price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. Your offer to purchase a product from the website may be accepted or rejected by Mamo for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. Your contract with Mamo will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Mamo provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation will be sent via email to your elected email address.

Made to Order and Custom Designs
By placing an order for a made to order or custom design product with Mamo, you agree to accept the terms and price specified in the quotation. The final price may include additional costs if altered or amended after acceptance, including delivery and other applicable charges. Prior to supply or commencement of any work required for the product, your acceptance of the design and quotation requires full payment. All deposits for made to order and custom designs are non-refundable. Payment in full is required on the earlier of, collection of the product, delivery of the product, or within 7 working days of completion of the product.
Design Rights
Mamo retains all intellectual property rights to all completed and conceptual original Mamo designs created including, but not limited to all custom made pieces, stock and signature collection pieces.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Mamo will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the customer or any person claiming through the customer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Mamo is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss. Mamo is not responsible for any items that are wrongfully signed for or accepted for by a third party.
Security for Payment
All payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by Mamo. All payments are handled by Stripe, Afterpay and PayPal secure, PCI compliant, third party payment providers.
Errors and Omissions
We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices and discounts recorded on this website are subject to change without notice. If there are any changes after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
Prohibitions
Mamo reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Mamo, but paid for, will receive a full refund.
All content on this website (including, without limitation, text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code and software, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof), is the exclusive property of Mamo, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

Termination
Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be terminated at any time by Mamo without notice. All disclaimers and limitations of liability by Mamo will survive termination. Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions, including any subsequent amendments, you must immediately discontinue use of this site.

Refund Policy
We want you to love our textiles! So if you are not happy with your purchase or you simply wish to return it, please contact us at info@mamocollections.com with detailed information about your order and question or concern. We will endeavour to respond to you within 3 working days.
We will accept items for a store credit or refund provided the goods are received by us within 14 days of the purchase date, they are unused and in their original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that the cost of returning an item to us is the responsibility of the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item arrives in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us within two business days. We will provide you with either a full refund or a store credit. Please note that variations between items are inherent to products made by hand, and we do not consider these to be faults.
Mamo is not in any way liable for general wear and tear; physical/accidental damage; scratches, dents or marks to surface; damage caused to the products by you or another party; or loss or theft of an item.
